Food that Transforms

Food that Transforms is the Institute’s central focus, aimed at ensuring immediate food security for families in vulnerable situations.

 

Our goal for 2026 is to support 120 families every month, especially in the Cidade Alegria neighborhood in Resende.

Service: families receive complete basic food baskets monthly.

Frequency: monthly distribution, with emergency replacement in critical cases (illness, unemployment, disasters).

Complementary actions: nutritional guidance and encouragement of healthy eating practices based on local reality.

Expected impact: reduction in severe food insecurity, strengthening of households, and restoration of dignity to the families served.
