The Arcanjo Solidário Institute adopts a simple management approach, but one based on transparency and responsibility in the use of resources.

 

• Governance Structure: currently composed of the President and the Administrative Director, responsible for strategic decision-making and the day-to-day management of the institution.

 

• Control and Accountability: All inflows and outflows of funds are recorded and monitored monthly. Activity and results reports are made available to supporters to ensure clarity on how donations are used.

 

• Resource Management: each investment is directed exclusively to the institution's core activities, ensuring a direct impact on the families served.

 

• Sustainable Growth: The governance model foresees future expansion of the structure with the creation of a Fiscal Council and the adoption of simplified audit mechanisms, accompanying the Institute's growth.

 

• Ethical Commitment: all actions follow principles of integrity, equity and social responsibility, reinforcing the trust of partners and sponsors.

 

This governance format ensures that, even in its initial structure, the Institute already operates with seriousness, transparency, and a vision of sustainable growth.
